The Open Source Satellite Programme Website will provide you with access to discussion lists, forums, downloadable data, licenses and other services (the “Services").  Unless explicitly stated otherwise, any new features that augment or enhance the current Services shall be subject to the Terms and Conditions.

With respect to your use of the Services, you confirm that you a Human person of legal age to form a binding contract and are not a person forbidden from receiving services under the laws of the United Kingdom or other applicable authorities.

viii.  disrupt the normal flow of dialogue, or otherwise act in a manner that negatively affects other users' ability to engage in discussions or exchanges;

ix.  interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers or networks connected to the Services, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to the Services;

x.  intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable local, national or international law,

xi.  "stalk" or otherwise harass another; and/or

xii.  collect or store personal data about other users in connection with the prohibited conduct and activities described in the above paragraphs. You acknowledge that the Open Source Satellite Programme may or may not pre-screen Content, but that the Open Source Satellite Programme and its representatives shall have the right (but not the obligation) in their sole discretion to pre-screen, refuse, move, or remove any Content that is available via the Services and which violates the Terms and Conditions. 15.  GENERAL INFORMATION
Entire Agreement. The Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and the Open Source Satellite Programme and governs your use of the Open Source Satellite Programme Services, superseding any previous agreements between you and the Open Source Satellite Programme with respect to the Services.
Choice of Law and Forum. The Open Source Satellite Programme and the relationship between you and the Open Source Satellite Programme shall be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
Waiver and Severability of Terms. The failure of the Open Source Satellite Programme to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of the Open Source Satellite Programme is found by a court of law to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavour to give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of the Terms and Conditions remain in full force and effect.
